Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. 2) share price at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. 3) the influence of Return On Assets (ROA) on the share price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, quantitative descriptive research is a calculation in the form of the annual financial report of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2018-2022. Which is published on the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The descriptive research method is collecting and analyzing data. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of data in the form of documents obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, Y= a+bx. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y= 2990.79 + 291.37. Hypothesis testing with partial test, ROA has no effect on stock price. The determination coefficient value of R Square (R2) is 0.084. This means that the ability of the independent variable, namely ROA, to explain the dependent variable, namely share price, is 8.4%. Meanwhile, the other 91.6% is influenced or explained by other factors that are not included in the variables studied in this study.
